Not in the XSL-FO specification. You cannot arbitrarily change page
geometry in the middle of a page sequence.

However, I use this very use case as the exemplar for the Page
Sequence Master Interleave (PSMI). I've mentioned it on this list
and others in the past:

It is a free download from the "Free resources" section of our web
site cited below. It is an example of using XSLT to augment the use
of XSL-FO with one's own formatting semantics.
